Application
The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D1160, and the People’s Republic of China industry standard SH/TO165-92 High Boiling Point Range Petroleum Products High Vacuum Distillation Determination Method. It is suitable for measuring the distillation of high boiling point petroleum products such as wax oil and lubricating oil.
Structure and Features
The instrument consists of three parts: distillation unit, condensation unit and vacuum pressure reduction system.
1.The distillation unit is composed of heating rate control system and heating furnace elevator. The main component of the heating rate adjustment circuit is solid-state voltage regulator, which is simple to install, easy to use, and reliable. The output voltage is directly displayed on voltmeter, which is intuitive Easy to control. The observation window of the heat preservation cover of the heating chamber adopts the front opening type, which provides great convenience for the installation of the flask, the adjustment of the height of the furnace frame and the observation of the heating furnace.
2.The receiving measuring cylinder of the condensing unit is inserted in the stainless steel bath (there is an observation window in the front), and there are built-in lighting lamps, heating tubes and temperature sensors. The bath temperature control adopts digitally controlled intelligent instrument, which is simple and intuitive.
3.The vacuum pressure reduction system is composed of vacuum pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, buffer bottle, vacuum pump, and connecting pipes. The connection is airtight, and the pressure adjustment is easy to operate and easy to observe. An external vacuum pump is used to reduce pressure during instrument testing. After mercury is injected into the U-shaped vacuum pressure gauge, mercury pressure gauge is formed, and there is ruler below it as the reading scale of the mercury pressure gauge.
