Application
The automatic pour point and cloud point tester implements standards: GB/T 3535, GB/T 6986, ASTM D97, ASTMD2500, and is used to determine the pour point and turbidity of petroleum products.
The instrument is a single test bath test. The operator can control the instrument through keyboard, touch screen or mouse. The whole process is automatic, and the flow of the oil sample can be observed during the whole test process.

Features:
1. Advanced microcomputer control technology, the whole test process is completed automatically. After setting out, there is no need for random operation by personnel, and the pour point or turbidity point detection can be completed with one click. The test integrates refrigeration and heating.
2. It adopts a 10-inch color LCD touch screen, with Chinese or English interface display, intuitive display and simple operation.
3. The instrument has functions such as automatic cooling, automatic tilt (lift) test, and automatic temperature control;
4. Imported cascade compressor refrigeration system, fast cooling, and the maximum refrigeration temperature is -70℃.
5. Using Japanese imported detection devices, it can detect slight changes in the liquid level and has high detection sensitivity.
6. Advanced trap-shaped cold bath box has small hysteresis, fast cooling, and short waiting time for detection samples.
7. Windows operating platform, multiple data transmission methods, WIFI Bluetooth data connection.
8. The test bath has an automatic preheating function, and users can set whether to preheat, preheating time and preheating temperature by themselves;
9. The instrument has bath temperature correction and powerful data storage and query functions. The instrument can store thousands of test results and query the test results.
