I.Application
This testing machine is based on standards such as ASTM G133 linear reciprocating wear test (amplitude 10mm, frequency 5Hz), and is mainly used for micro-powered reciprocating friction and wear experiments. It offers high testing accuracy and reliability; and is used to evaluate the wear resistance physical properties of coatings, plastics, metals, and non-metallic materials. The main body of the testing machine consists of a reciprocating motion worktable fixture, a servo-driven control system for reciprocating motion, a servo-loaded system for testing force, and a high-precision friction force measurement system. The servo-driven mechanism drives the friction pair to perform linear reciprocating motion. The test force is servo-loaded onto the friction pair specimen. The loading intensity is achieved through servo loading or constant force loading. The servo-driven mechanism drives the friction pair to perform reciprocating motion, and the high-precision friction measurement system measures the friction force, friction coefficient, friction amount, temperature change, test curves, and other friction parameters and curve changes during the friction process, thereby measuring the wear amount and friction coefficient under certain environmental pressure conditions. Test parameters such as friction force, friction coefficient, friction time, and friction amount can be arbitrarily set by the operator on the computer interface and are controlled and displayed in real time by the computer. Corresponding parameter curves can be plotted, saved, and test reports can be printed out.

10. Automatic loading test force is adopted, with stepless loading and automatic control of the test force. The rotational shaft speed is automatically controlled by an AC servo motor. 11. Test Conditions: Tests can be conducted under various conditions, including dry friction (without lubrication), oil lubrication, and changes in load, speed, time, and friction pair materials.
