Micro Method Automatic Carbon Residue Tester by ASTM D4530

The micro method carbon residue analyzer is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D4530 and the national standard GB-T17144-1997 Determination of Carbon Residue in Petroleum Products (Micro Method). This instrument is suitable for determining the carbon residue in petroleum products using the micro method.

Structure and features

A. Structure

The machine consists of three parts: coking chamber heating system, nitrogen purging system, and color touchscreen human-machine interface system.

The instrument features built-in 7-inch color touchscreen, which displays the temperature curve of the coking chamber in real time. Users can self-check various parts of the system, calculate and store test results, and view historical data using an embedded system design.
