Ⅰ.Application

The instrument is designed and manufactured according to ASTMD 665, ISO 7120,IP135,national standard of GB/T 11143-2008 "Test Method for Rust Prevention Performance of Mineral Oils with Inhibitors in the Presence of Water", which mainly measures the rust prevention ability of mineral oils and lubricants with inhibitors, especially turbine oils, when mixed with water to evaluate the rust prevention ability of the additives; This instrument is also suitable for other oils, such as hydraulic oil, circulating oil, and liquids heavier than water.

Ⅱ.Features

1 5.7-inch large LCD screen with Chinese interface, menu prompted input, timely display of temperature, time, parameters and other working states;

2 Using advanced single-chip microcomputer intelligent temperature control, with temperature control accuracy ± 0.1 ℃;

3 Imported PT100 temperature sensor, with high temperature control accuracy and good stability;

4 The instrument can be set to 1-4 test holes to be stirred separately and controlled separately;

5 Heating, bathtub and other components are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to observe;

6 The stirring device uses a permanent magnet motor, with stable speed, low noise and small size.
