I. Application
The automatic closed flash point tester (Tiger's closed cup method) was designed and produced according to national standard GB/T 21929 "Tiger Closing Cup Flash Dot Measurement Method" and the automatic test method of ASTM D56.It is suitable for the flash point with liquid viscosity less than 5.5cst at 40 ℃ or less than 9.5cst at 25 ℃.
II.Features
1. The instrument is controlled by high -definition 7 -inch high -resolution liquid crystal touch display and touch screen button control.
2.All English human -machine operation interface, English words show, the experiment is automated control, intuitive operation.
3. The instrument has the full automation function of testing arm automatic lifting, automatic cooling/heating control, automatic ignition, automatic flash point detection and test results saving printing, and test ending automation.
4. Electronic silicon carbon stick ignition technology, electronic flames, no need to connect to gas, energy saving and environmental protection, and ensure the safety of the laboratory.
5.The instrument uses a high -precision A -class PT100 temperature sensor to detect the temperature.
6.When the sample reaches the preset temperature, automatically start ignition and automatically start to detect the flash point of the sample.
