I. Application
TYA Series multi-functional lubricating oil purifier is specially developed according to the characteristics of various lubricating oils. It is a multi-functional oil purifier suitable for processing various lubricating oils, widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, machinery, chemical industry, transportation, manufacturing, food and other industries. For severely emulsified hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, refrigerating machine oil, heat transfer oil, compressor oil, lubricating oil, etc., it can effectively remove water, ammonia, gas and mechanical impurities in the oil, break the emulsification, and meet the national standard of oil performance (GB/11122-1997); The purified lubricating oil can meet the normal use of the oil.

III.Working principle
When the oil purifier is working, the oil to be treated enters the front-stage filter under the
negative pressure formed by the vacuum system of the oil purifier, and after filtering out large particles of impurities, it enters the heater for heating, and the oil enters the first-stage filter after being heated.
The fine impurities in the oil are removed, and then the oil enters the vacuum separation tank. Using the three-dimensional vacuum flash technology, the oil liquid forms a very thin oil film through the spray device, and the oil film forms a cone with a large aeration area on the three-dimensional flash tower. On the surface, by increasing the aeration area and residence time of the oil in a high vacuum
state, the water, gas, and light hydrocarbons in the oil are fully evaporated and removed, and the
evaporated water, gas, and light hydrocarbons are condensed after the separation device is cooled, it is discharged by the vacuum pump, and the oil from which moisture and gas have been removed is
output through the oil pump, and finally enters the secondary filter and fine filter, and the oil purification process is completed after filtering out particulate impurities.
IV.Main Features
1. The polymer magnetic material imported from Germany is used as the filter material,
multi-stage precision filtration, and encryption step by step to ensure high filtration accuracy, so that the particle size of impurities after filtration is ≤5μm (filter accuracy can be selected
according to customer requirements).
2. Adopting the combination of aggregation and separation technology and three-dimensional
flash evaporation technology, it can conveniently process severely emulsified oil without using
demulsifier, and use high-efficiency degassing components and UK technology to quickly separate the water in the oil, gas, high degassing and dehydration efficiency, water content in treated oil ≤ 100ppm, gas content ≤ 0.2%, this system is maintenance-free.
3. The equipment is equipped with advanced liquid level controller, which can automatically
adjust the oil inlet and outlet balance, truly achieve the separation of man and machine, and make the operation more convenient and reliable. It has a three-in-one interlocking automatic safety
protection function to avoid adverse effects caused by misoperation.
4. The filter is equipped with an automatic sound and light pressure difference alarm device. When the filter element is clogged and the pressure reaches a certain value, it will automatically send out sound and light alarm signal to protect the normal operation of the equipment.
5. The domestic well-known electrical appliances are used as the main control components, so as to fully guarantee the high-performance continuous operation of the equipment without failure.
6. It adopts infrared gradual heating to form a safe and reliable heating system. The optimized
pipeline design ensures that there is no "dead oil zone", and is equipped with a reliable temperature sensing control system and fluid monitoring device to ensure that the heater does not overheat no
dry burning, the safety performance is several times that of ordinary heating methods, and the oil temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0 and 100ºC, and the oil is heated at a constant temperature. At the same time, according to different climates, there are two heating methods,
automatic and manual, for selection.
7. Adoting special precision oil pump, it runs smoothly in a vacuum state, has strong suction energy, low noise, and meets environmental protection requirements.
8. The machine has the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, and convenient movement, and is suitable for on-site live operation.

III.Working principle
When the oil purifier is working, the oil to be treated enters the front-stage filter under the

IV.Main Features
