I. Application


1. This machine can efficiently remove moisture, gas and impurities in the transformer oil, improve the dielectric strength of the oil and the quality of the oil, and is mainly suitable for the rapid and

advanced treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and ultra-high voltage transformer oil. It   can fully meet the power sector and large electricity consumers who have higher requirements on oil quality.

2. It is especially suitable for on-site live work, and can dry the damp steam of electric equipment, and can also conveniently carry out vacuum oiling on electric equipment.

3. The machine is equipped with double-stage vacuum with large pumping rate, which can meet the needs of vacuuming the transformer body at the installation or maintenance site, and complete the    degassing and dehydration treatment of the transformer oil at the same time, shortening the oil

treatment period.

4. Higher than the national standard production, the breakdown voltage can be increased by 35KV at one time, which can reduce the harm of oil aging caused by repeated heating of ordinary oil

filters.

III.Working Principle

When the oil purifier is working, the oil to be treated enters the primary filter under the negative pressure formed by the vacuum system of the oil purifier, filters out large particles of impurities, enters the strong magnetic filter, filters out metal particles in the oil, and then enters the heater to be heated. The oil enters the vacuum separation tank after being heated. Using the three-dimensional vacuum flash evaporation technology, the oil liquid forms a very thin oil film through the spray device, and the oil film forms a conical surface with a large aeration area on the three-dimensional flash tower. By increasing the aeration area and residence time of the oil in the high vacuum state, the water, gas, and light hydrocarbons in the oil are fully evaporated and removed, and the evaporated water, gas, and light  hydrocarbons  are  passed  through  the  condensation   separation  device  after  cooling.  It   is discharged by the vacuum pump, and the oil from which moisture and gas have been removed is pumped into the secondary filter through the oil discharge pump to remove fine particle impurities in the oil; the oil filtered by the secondary filter continues to enter the fine filter, which is a filter material filter element with a composite microporous structure, can effectively filter out ultrafine particles and suspended solids in the oil; the oil filtered by the fine filter is then discharged through the oil outlet, and then passed through the oil outlet. The outflowing oil is clean oil, thus completing the whole oil purification process.

IV. Main Features

1. The polymer magnetic material imported from Germany is used as the filter material,

multi-stage precision filtration, and step-by-step encryption to ensure high filtration accuracy, so that the particle size of impurities after filtration is  ≤1~3 μm, and the cleanliness is  ≤6 grade.

2. Adopting the combination of three-dimensional flash evaporation technology and UK

technology, and using high-efficiency degassing components, the water and gas in the oil can be quickly separated, and the degassing and dehydration efficiency is high. After treatment, the

water content in the oil is  ≤3ppm, and the gas content is  ≤0.1 %. This system is maintenance-free.

3. The equipment is equipped with advanced liquid level controller, which can automatically    adjust the oil inlet and outlet balance, which can effectively prevent the idling of the oil pump,


and truly achieve the separation of man and machine, making the operation more convenient and reliable. And it has three-in-one interlocking automatic safety protection function to avoid

adverse effects caused by misoperation and sudden shutdown.

4. The filter is equipped with automatic sound and light pressure difference alarm device. When the

filter element is clogged and the pressure reaches a certain value, it will automatically send out   sound and light alarm signal to protect the normal operation of the equipment.

5. The domestic well-known brand electrical appliances are used as the main control components, so as to fully guarantee the high-performance continuous operation of the equipment without failure.

6. Infrared gradual heating is adopted to form safe and reliable heating system. The optimized pipeline design ensures that there is no "dead oil zone", and a reliable temperature sensing control system and   fluid monitoring device are installed to ensure that the heater does not overheat and   no dry burning.   The safety performance is several times that of ordinary heating methods, and the oil temperature can  be adjusted arbitrarily between 0 and 100ºC, and the oil is heated at a constant temperature. At the

same time, according to different climates, there are two heating methods, automatic and manual, for selection.

7. The machine is equipped with double-stage vacuum with large pumping rate, which can

increase the oil breakdown voltage by 35KV at one time, reduce the damage of oil aging caused by repeated heating, and shorten the oil treatment period.

8. Adopting special precision oil pump, it runs smoothly in vacuum state, has strong suction

energy, low noise, and meets environmental protection requirements.

9. In addition to normal oil filtering, it can also perform online oil filtering on transformers (that

is, it can be processed without stopping the transformer), and has the functions of vacuum oiling and vacuum drying of transformers.
