Application
The viscous liquid density meter uses the original imported sensor from HBM, Germany, and cooperates with the density components independently produced by Xiongfa. It can display the liquid density in one operation step. The density meter has a high-end and atmospheric appearance design, a desktop square design, and is easy, fast, and intuitive to operate. It will not damage the product, and almost no sample preparation is required. It can provide reliable results within a few seconds.
Applicable to: pastes, cosmetics, polyesters, polyethers, mayonnaise, syrups, polyethylene, dispersed paints, ceramic slurries, mercury, inks, liquid resins, grinding liquids, asphalt, liquid adhesives, medium and high viscosity flow liquid research laboratories.
It can also test and measure the density of various fluids such as various oils, paints, inks, coatings, plastics, slurries, rubber, latex, detergents, resins, condensed milk, cream, drugs, and cosmetics. Principle: According to the provisions of GB/T21862, GB/T15223, GB/T6750, ASTMD1475, ISO2811-2, ISO1675, DIN53217-3, Archimedes' immersed Gamma ball volume displacement method is adopted, combined with a special design of a dedicated hydrometer to accurately read the measured value.

Functions:
1. The immersion depth of the Gamma liquid surface can be adjusted at will.
2. The problem of sticking to the bottle mouth of the Gay-Lussac and Hubbard specific gravity bottles can be improved.
3. The Gamma ball can be easily removed and replaced, which is easy to operate.
4. The Gamma ball weight of any weight can be its standard value, not limited by volume.
5. It can compensate for the error caused by air buoyancy.
Operation steps:
1. At 0.00, take 50ml of liquid into the beaker and put it on the support table above the host
2. Use the rotary knob of the lifting table to lower the GAMMA ball into the beaker.
3. And lower the GAMMA ball into the liquid in the beaker until the liquid surface reaches the middle position of the neck of the falling ball. [This position can be compared by testing the density of water]
