Application
XFCNMD-1203S touch screen solid density meter is based on ASTM D792, ASTM D297, GB/T1033, GB/T2951, GB/T3850, GB/T533, HG4-1468, JIS K6268, ISO 2781, ISO 1183, GB/T208, GB/T5163, GB/T 1933, GB/T4196, GB/T4123, GB/T5586, JB/T7780 and adopts Archimedes' water displacement method principle.
Widely used to test any irregular density greater than or less than one, rubber, plastic, wire and cable, food, composite materials, cosmetics, shoe materials, glass, precious metal hardware, plastic, wire and cable, auto parts, magnetic iron core, powder metallurgy, micro fan, tire, etc.; can directly read the average weight of solid, granular, thin film, floating sample in air, average weight in water, density value, volume, percentage.
Features
1. Adopt German HBM imported sensor, stable weighing, accurate density value.
2. 4.3-inch touch screen touch operation, easy to operate, built-in guided test step prompts, simplify and speed up the operation process.
3. Solution compensation setting, use water as medium, can also use other liquid media.
4. Automatically store 100 sets of test values, and can automatically calculate the average, maximum and minimum values.
5. The upper and lower limits of the test product density can be set to judge whether the material is qualified or not, with buzzer function.
6. Standard RS232 printer interface (USB interface can be customized), can be connected to thermal printer, label printer and computer PC, and can customize the print content such as tester name, sample name, company name, etc.
7. Multi-function host, optional liquid accessories can test liquid density, optional powder device can test powder true density, and can also achieve a density meter to test solid, liquid, powder three uses.
8. The stabilization time, zero point and response speed of the density meter can be adjusted according to the laboratory test environment.
