Application
The ZNN-D6B viscometer is a typical coaxial cylinder rotation viscometer that contains the test fluid in the annular space (shear gap) formed between the outer sleeve and the float.
When measuring viscosity, when the outer sleeve rotates at a set speed, the fluid will produce a viscous resistance, thereby measuring the viscosity of the fluid. The outer sleeve generates a torque on the float through the liquid, which acts on a precision spring, whose deflection can be measured, and then the measurement results are compared with the test conditions and instrument constants. This system can simulate the real process encountered in industrial processing.
