I.Introduction
The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T 0603-2011 Asphalt Density and Relative Density Test in the Industrial Standards of the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Testing Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway Engineering. The high-precision constant temperature water bath, pycnometer, beaker and thermometer required for the test provided are suitable for determining the density and relative density of various asphalt materials.
II.Main Features
1. The instrument is desktop with integrated structure. The surface of the casing is spray-coated, and the cover is stainless steel. There are two sets of temperature regulation systems for heating and cooling. By setting the temperature controller, the bath temperature is automatically controlled and reached constant temperature state.
2. The instrument has advanced design, high temperature control precision and good constant temperature effect. It is an ideal instrument for measuring the density and relative density of various asphalt materials by various asphalt production enterprises, construction units, research institutes, universities and other institutions.
3. The instrument has circulating device inside the constant temperature bath, which can be used for the constant temperature of other closed circulation systems, and is suitable for multi-purpose use in various related laboratories.
