Working Principle
Rotary digital display viscometer, controlled by single chip microcomputer, is an intelligent instrument with data acquisition, processing and English display. The instrument controls the stepper motor to run accurately and smoothly according to the set speed, and rotates the rotor through the play ribbon. When the rotor is not subjected to resistance, the rotor and the motor rotate synchronously; when the rotor is subjected to the resistance of the measured liquid, the rotation of the rotor will lag behind the motor. When the tension of the hairspring and the resistance of the liquid reach equilibrium, the angle of the rotor lagging behind the motor is fixed. By measuring the opening angle, according to the set working mode, speed and rotor, the instrument calculates the viscosity of the measured liquid and displays it on the LCD screen.
Application
The equipment can be widely used to measure the viscosity of various fluids such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, paraffin, and polymers. The machine meets ASTM D4402, and the relevant requirements of T0625-2011 test in JTG E20-2011 highway engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test regulations.
Features
Compared with similar instruments, the viscometer is easy to operate, stable in speed, and has a wide operating voltage range. Due to the linear calibration of the computer's full range, the measurement has high accuracy, high measurement sensitivity, reliable test result, convenient operation and elegant appearance.
